The week-long celebration to commemorate the Junction Mall @ 1 is underway. The celebration week which started from November 23rd 2015 will end on November 29th 2015 is featuring various events and activities to complement the occasion. There will also be side attractions such as giveaways and entertaining displays. There also will be a birthday bash for patrons celebrating their birthday in the month of November. Additionally, revellers will enjoy a free car wash.

Speaking to, the Marketing Manager of the Junction Mall , Mr. Nigel Derby, indicated that overall, business has been good although it is not there yet, he believes that business will get better irrespective of some challenges such as cedi fluctuations and the current energy crisis (dumsor).

 Touching on some success stories to tell, he added that they have been able to sustain the mall for a year with a very strong presence and hoped that they will get 100% occupancy rate compared to 85% now. Junction Mall he says is determined to position themselves as the ideal family destination for pleasure, leisure and shopping.

He disclosed that Nike, a sports apparel store for men, Yah!, a fast food joint, and Shaka Zulu Lounge will soon trade at the mall. Quite recently, KFC and First National Bank joined the Junction Mall family.

The icing on the cake will be a musical concert on 27th November 2015 in collaboration with YFM. To climax the week-long event, a Gospel Rock Show slated for 29th November 2015, will feature Nii Okai and Joe Mettle.


The Marketing Manager of the Junction Mall Mr. Nigel Derby promised that the Junction Mall will put in place appropriate activities such as Christmas sales and free give-away to entertain their patrons during the Christmas festivities.
