It’s banging this Christmas with D-Cryme all set to release his latest single titled ‘Koko Sakora’ on November 10, featuring his long-time friend Sarkodie.
The Two Tema-based artistes, for the first time in many years, worked together on this song.
Speaking to thecityoftema.com, when the crew caught up with him during a video shoot in Tema. D-Cryme was all excited about the upcoming release of Koko Sakora and he had this to say about the collaboration with Sarkodie. ‘We felt it was right and touching as well as a dream come true for our fans and also it is to break records. When two great minds meet, it is something phenomenal. It’s been much anticipated since we’ve been doing this from infancy since the Kasahare days’.
Touching on the concept, he said the idea is to play with the mind of the people. Koko Sakora denotes raw koko without milk, sugar, groundnut or koose to go with it. Hence, one needs to be loaded or have swag. He was however quick to add that it does not matter whether you are dry in terms of cash or you are not beautiful, or all you need is VIM.
He urged his fans to go online and download ‘Koko Sakora’, his brand new single, come November, 10.
This new single comes after the release of 3 other singles, Mo, Testimony and Dumsor, all from the Gift album. D-Cryme disclosed that the full album might be dropped somewhere in December.
It was produced by the youngest, Mix Masta Garzy who also produced ‘No mercy’, ‘Komkom N’maye’, ‘It’s you’, D-Cryme featuring Fuse and many others.
